Program Description

The A Circle Inc. ("The A Circle," "we," "our," or "us") may send you SMS/text messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, advisory session confirmations, and follow-up communications. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in through one of the methods described below.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from The A Circle through any of the following methods:

• Retail Planning Call Request Form

  Available at theacircle.co/assessment. When you submit this form, you may check the SMS consent checkbox to opt in to text message communications. Checking the box is optional and is not required to submit the form.

  Opt-in language displayed on form: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from The A Circle at the phone number provided above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance."

• Analyst Application Form

  Available at theacircle.co/consultants. When you submit an analyst application, you may check the SMS consent checkbox to opt in. Checking the box is optional and is not required to submit the application.

Types of Messages

After opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages from The A Circle:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with The A Circle. You may receive more messages during active periods such as following a form submission or around a scheduled appointment, and fewer messages during quieter periods.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The A Circle does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge for receiving or sending SMS.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
